Communications Investment Banking practice in London. Mr. Yanicelli
spent the last 11 years in New York and London focused on the execution
of M&A and Capital Markets transactions for clients across
a number of industries including, Telecom, Media, Financial Institutions,
Real Estate, Financial Sponsors and General Industries.
Mr. Yanicelli has advised on transactions
totaling over $100 billion in aggregate for clients including Apax

Mr. Briggs has over 30 years experience in owning
and operating in the entrepreneurial arena. Briggs was named Ernst & Young
and Success Magazine Entrepreneur of the Year in 1995.
Mr. Briggs is the Owner of Briggs Enterprises an investment company operating
in 13 states and employing 480 persons. Briggs Enterprises includes diversified
interests in the communications, real estate, restaurant and beverage industries.
Mr. Briggs is an active Board Member and Stockholder of Resource Bank and also
founded the highly successful and well known Fat Tuesday Frozen Drink retail
concept.
Mr. Briggs Directorships and Community involvement include: Member Board of Directors
and Stockholder Resource Bank, Director St. Tammany Hospital Foundation and School
Board Member St. Paul's High School.
Mr. Bergstrom has an extensive background in
the communications industry. Mr. Bergstrom’s experiences
and success span across wireless networking and engineering, network
design, implementation and distribution.
Mr. Bergstrom founded Mesa Networks, in 2000. Mesa Networks is one of the
ten largest Wireless Internet Service Providers in the United States and operates
the largest Motorola Canopy Network in North America. As of first quarter
2006, Mesa's Wireless network has 7,000 wireless subscribers, over 120 tower
sites, and covers over 5,000 Square miles along the Colorado Front Range.
Mr. Bergstrom and Mesa Networks also provide
business and engineering consulting services to Internet Service
Providers, Independent Telephone companies, and local government
agencies. Their primary consulting services include network
design, implementation, and maintenance.
Mr. Carson has a broad product development and
consulting background supporting Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies.
Mr. Carson worked for the Richards Group Advertising, various technology start-up
companies and Scient, an e-commerce consulting firm focusing on supply-chain
management and business process optimization.
Mr. Carson is currently a principal of The Carson Group. The Carson Group is
a full-service advertising, marketing and interactive communications firm that
helps organizations increase sales and build brands through innovative marketing
campaigns. The Carson Group has over 35 years of business experience representing
